Wellington Lane does not warrantee or refund any patient advocacy consultation or concierge service fees. If you have received a service with us, your payment is due upon receiving the invoice.

Products from our shop are final sale and there are no exchanges or refunds. If you have not received a product from our shop page that you have purchased, please contact us so that we may assist you in a refund of the product from our shop or assist you with delivery instructions. 

We reserve the right to make changes to the return or refund policy.
